Fun in the lab!

BOWLING AND BEER, FEBRUARY 2015

Bowling and some brews with Cangji, Natalie, Alex, Nigel, Tim, Roger, Kamal, Paul, Cangji, along with Prof. and Mrs. Prof. Daun. "Team Diagnostic" mopped the floor against "Team Usibor," who should probably stick to hot stamping. A notable exception was Cangji, who managed a 150 point game in his first time bowling. Next stop for Cangji: 2016 Summer Olympics, Rio de Janeiro.

BEER AND BILLIARDS, SEPTEMBER 2014

We had a fun evening of brews and billiards at McMullins with Noel, Sam, Tim, Nigel, Roger, and Josh, Natalie, and Prof. and Mrs. Prof. Daun. Despite some outstanding form (see below), Team F&P got their clocks cleaned, and ultimately Team 'Toba beat Team Prairie, demonstrating Noel's prowess with the cue. (Did he name it Charlene?)

GO-KARTING AND MINI-GOLFING, SEPTEMBER 2012

We had fun go-karting at the Erbsville Raceway, followed by putt-putting on one of the most challenging minigolf courses ever conceived. Cody, former Formula SAE team captain, provides valuable coaching. Farzan wins again for Team Iran. Prof Daun is good at radiation, but go-karting? Not so much...

GLOW BOWLING, CHRISTMAS 2011

Daun's lab, Peterson's lab, and Mrs. Professor Daun go glow bowling at the Fredrick Mall. Sipkens and Twynstra are both excellent bowlers, but Farzan ("what are the rules of this game... 'bowling'?") wins the day. Peterson is a surprisingly good bowler for having such little arms. Daun? Not so much...
